DeathFest Flyer - Opinions Please

This was an assignment I had to do recently for my Digital Type & Image Manipulation class, and I was wondering what you guys think.
Basically, we had to design a flyer for an event of our choice, so I decided to make one for the most awesome concert I could think of.

Background needs more pizazz. Also it's too dark, you should brighten up the brightest parts in the logos and such.

Foreground needs better bands.

Don't extrude everything. It looks silly.

I actually had a dream that you made it red and increased the contrasts and it looked awesome. Try that.

Also, kudos on the bands.
